WHIZ BANG! GAMES

Privacy

Privacy information for our games. Choose a game below to read its policy.

Museum Cleaner

Updated

Whiz Bang! Games makes Museum Cleaner. This policy covers our Android closed-test version 0.19.0, identified on Google Play as games.whizbang.museumcleaner.

Your museum

You can play without signing up. The game keeps your restoration progress, collection, room layouts, preferences and reward records on your device so you can return to them. It also keeps a local record of game and ad events for troubleshooting. We do not operate a player account, online gallery, chat or game analytics server.

Children and the age question

Museum Cleaner welcomes children, teens and adults. The first time you open it, you can choose an age range or “Prefer not to say.” Only a switch for access to test services is saved on the device. The game does not ask for a name or birthday or send your chosen range to us.

For anyone under 18, or anyone who skips the question, the game does not request ads or connect to the in-game purchase service. Story, Quick Play and Chill are available to everyone.

Test ads and privacy choices

For adults, the test can request demonstration ads from Google AdMob using child-directed treatment and the general-audience content setting. Google's consent service checks whether an ad request is allowed and whether a privacy form is needed. Where available, you can reopen privacy options from Museum pass. The build uses Google's test ad units.

When these services run, Google may receive your IP address, which can indicate approximate location, app or ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information, and identifiers such as an app set ID. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. These requests use encryption in transit. This build omits Android's advertising ID permission and the Android AdServices ID, attribution and topics permissions. It does not request precise location.

Read Google's ad SDK data disclosure and Google's privacy policy for details of Google's processing and retention.

Google Play and purchases

On the adult path the game can ask Google Play whether the museum pass is already owned and save the result on the device. Real-money checkout is disabled in this test. Google handles the Play account, store records and any associated payment information. Whiz Bang! Games does not receive card details from the game.

Support, access and deletion

To erase your museum and local preferences, open Android Settings, select Apps, then Museum Cleaner, Storage and Clear data. This resets your museum and age choice. Check any device backups separately. Google manages records associated with your Play account.

If you email us, we use your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send to help with your request. Please leave out children's names and identifying details. We follow the studio's support retention period of up to 12 months after the last contact on a resolved request, subject to any legal obligation to keep a record.

You or a parent or guardian can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold by emailing playwhizbang@gmail.com with “Museum Cleaner privacy” in the subject. You can also contact your local data protection authority. We will update this page if the game's data practices change.

Bedtime Buttons

Last updated:

Who is responsible

Bedtime Buttons is provided by Tommy O'Donnell, trading as Whiz Bang! Games, an Ireland sole trader. Contact playwhizbang@gmail.com about this policy or your personal information. This policy describes the Android, iOS and iPadOS game with purchases, optional rewarded advertising and platform-specific cloud-save features, and our related support service and website.

Information stored on your device

The game remembers your progress, statistics, Zzz balance, rewards, purchases and ownership evidence, collections, room arrangements, chosen profile name, avatar and preferences. These records make the game work and preserve your choices. Local profile names and avatars are not public social profiles. The game does not request access to your contacts, precise GPS location, camera, microphone or photo library.

Cloud saves and Google Play Games

Android cloud recovery uses Google Play Games and its Saved Games service. It associates a saved-game snapshot with the signed-in Play Games identity. A snapshot includes progress, statistics, wallet and completion records, ownership evidence, your chosen name and avatar, room choices and approved preferences. Google processes this information to store and recover the game for the appropriate account. The game checks the account before transferring or applying a snapshot. A local profile is separate from your Google account; Bedtime Buttons does not create a separate Whiz Bang! Games online account.

Apple cloud saves

On iOS and iPadOS, cloud recovery uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit with a private database associated with the signed-in iCloud account. A saved-game snapshot contains progression, statistics, earned currency, ownership evidence, the chosen profile name and avatar, room choices and approved preferences. The game checks an account-specific identifier before reading or writing a snapshot. These records support saving and recovery; they are not public profiles and are not used by the game for advertising. Apple hosts the private database under the user's iCloud account. A local reset or uninstall does not necessarily remove the separate cloud copy.

Purchases

Google Play processes Android payments; Apple processes iOS and iPadOS payments through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card number or bank credentials. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to retrieve products, complete transactions, verify and restore ownership, and handle supported entitlement updates. Product and transaction identifiers, purchase history, receipts and verification evidence are processed for these purposes. Verified ownership evidence is retained with the local game and can be included in a cloud snapshot; restoring a snapshot does not itself prove a new purchase.

Unity IAP also processes purchase events and associated installation, session, device and country information for commerce functionality, analytics and service operation. This is separate from a dedicated gameplay analytics product. A purchase SDK may process information even when you are not starting a new purchase, for example while restoring purchase history. Apple, Google and Unity also process information for their own security, fraud prevention and other purposes described in their privacy notices. The game does not enable a web checkout or third-party direct-to-consumer payment service. The Android purchase integration does not request or supply your email address; this is separate from the Google account used by the store and any email you choose to send to support.

Optional advertising and privacy choices

Bedtime Buttons offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Watching an ad is not required for ordinary gameplay. Remove Ads owners receive eligible bonuses without watching ads. An unowned player's ad service may prepare an ad before the player selects an offer; choosing not to watch does not by itself mean the SDK has processed no information.

Google Mobile Ads may process IP-derived approximate location, device or account identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. The Android and Apple configurations request non-personalized ads. The current Apple build does not request permission for cross-app tracking through App Tracking Transparency and does not obtain an authorized IDFA. Non-personalized ads can still use identifiers or storage for purposes such as security, reporting and frequency management; this is not a promise of anonymous or data-free advertising.

Google's User Messaging Platform manages applicable advertising choices. Where required, the game offers a privacy message and an Ad privacy choices control in the Store. You can return to that control to review or change available choices. Declining optional consent does not prevent ordinary play. The SDK determines what advertising may be requested under the current choices and region. This control concerns Google advertising; it does not erase purchase, cloud or support records or act as a general Unity IAP privacy control.

Support reports

Sending an in-game report is optional. The report contains your message, its category and subject, app version, platform, device model, screen resolution, screen/context and mode, and a randomly generated report ID. The report does not automatically attach your save, purchase receipt, profile name, screenshots or email address. You can review it before sending. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

Reports are sent over HTTPS through Google Apps Script to our Gmail support mailbox. The relay keeps submission receipt metadata to avoid duplicate delivery and limit abuse; it does not store the message body in those receipt properties. The delivered email contains the report. If you email us directly, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. Copy Report only places the report on your clipboard; it does not send it.

Website and service providers

The developer website and policy pages are served by Cloudflare. Visiting them sends ordinary request information, including an IP address, to the hosting service. Google provides advertising/consent, Play purchases and saved games, and Apps Script/Gmail support infrastructure. Apple provides App Store purchasing and the iCloud/CloudKit services used by the Apple version. Unity provides the purchase integration and related commerce processing. We do not use the presence of these SDKs to claim every optional service offered by their providers is enabled. Their own privacy notices describe their processing and international operations: policies.google.com/privacy, unity.com/legal/privacy-policy and cloudflare.com/privacypolicy, and Apple privacy information.

Why information is used

We use game, purchase and cloud information to supply the game and requested features; support information to answer requests, fix problems and consider feedback; and security information to protect these services. Where GDPR applies, processing needed to supply requested features relies on performance of that service/contract; proportionate support, diagnostics and security processing may rely on legitimate interests; applicable advertising consent relies on your choice; and legally required recordkeeping relies on legal obligations. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Providers may have separate responsibilities and legal bases for their own processing. Information can be disclosed where a valid legal obligation requires it.

Retention

Local records remain until removed from the device, subject to operating-system backup and restoration. Cloud snapshots are retained in the associated Google or Apple service until replaced or deleted through the relevant service; uninstalling the game does not necessarily remove them. Purchase records and ownership evidence may remain necessary to restore content, prevent duplicate grants and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Apple, Google and Unity apply their published provider retention rules to records they hold.

Support correspondence is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, subject to documented legal or operational exceptions. We review resolved cases monthly and remove them in time to allow for Gmail's recovery period within that limit. Active cases and specific legal holds are reviewed separately, with a recorded reason and next review date; we keep only information still needed. A valid deletion request can lead to earlier removal. The relay's duplicate-prevention metadata becomes eligible for cleanup after seven days. Scheduled daily maintenance first makes a restricted recovery copy, then removes the active receipt; the recovery copy becomes eligible for removal after a further seven days. Maintenance failures or invalid records are held for review rather than erased blindly. This receipt process does not read or delete emails. Provider backups and operational logs follow their own retention processes.

Your choices and requests

You can play without sending support reports, open Privacy & your data from Help → Support, use available advertising privacy choices, manage your Play Games data through Google or your iCloud data through Apple, and request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may also request restriction or portability or object to certain processing. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already lawfully undertaken.

Email playwhizbang@gmail.com with the subject Bedtime Buttons Data Request. Tell us which information or service your request concerns and enough information to locate it, such as an approximate report date or report ID. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank details or a complete save file unless a necessary, secure process has first been agreed. We will request only proportionate verification and explain any lawful limits. Where Unity acts as our processor, we must route the verified request to Unity; some provider-controlled data must be requested directly from that provider. This is not an automatic all-provider deletion button.

For GDPR requests we normally respond within one month, explaining any permitted extension within that period. You may complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie or the appropriate authority where you live. Information is transmitted using encrypted connections, but no service can promise absolute security or immediate erasure from every backup. Providers may process data outside your country; their notices describe the applicable safeguards and how to obtain further information.

Children and changes

The game has no public player chat or public profile service. Parents and guardians should help children avoid sending personal information in support reports and use platform purchase controls. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed. Store age ratings do not replace applicable privacy requirements. We will update this policy when the game's processing changes and identify the revised date on the published page.

Your data & deletion

Burger Bedlam!

Last updated:

1. Introduction and scope

Whiz Bang! Games develops and publishes Whiz Bang Burger Bedlam!, Android package games.whizbang.burgerbedlam. This policy explains local game records, advertising and privacy choices, the optional Remove Ads purchase, our website, and information you send for support.

The Android game integrates Google Mobile Ads, Google's consent service and Google Play Billing. Advertising availability depends on consent eligibility, purchase ownership, service approval and ad availability. Closed tests may restrict advertising to registered test devices or use test inventory; those test advertisements do not earn advertising revenue. When enabled for an eligible public release, production advertisements may earn revenue. Test mode does not mean these services are offline or that no data is processed.

2. Local game records

Story progress, unlocked restaurants, scores, stars, tutorial records, daily rewards, settings, Free Play preferences, and Survival setups and high scores are stored on your device. The game uses device time and screen information for gameplay and display. We do not upload these saved game records to a Whiz Bang! Games server, and the game has no studio player account, online chat or studio cloud-save service.

Local saves include a corruption check, not encryption. Android's device backup and restore settings may separately copy eligible app data. Clearing game data can permanently remove progress; review platform backup settings too.

3. Advertising and service data

Eligible players may see interstitial advertisements between shifts and may choose a rewarded advertisement for a continue. Google Mobile Ads supplies the ads. Its SDK can process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, advertising and other device or account identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Google and participating advertising partners use this information for advertising, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. The game does not request Android precise or approximate device-location permissions or supply GPS coordinates.

Advertising partners and their purposes are identified in the consent message when applicable. Partners can process information under their own privacy terms. Google documents its SDK practices in its Mobile Ads data disclosure. Read how Google uses information from partner services and Google's Privacy Policy. We have not added a separate studio analytics or automatic crash-reporting service; this does not exclude Google's SDK diagnostics or Google Play's platform reports.

4. Consent and advertising choices

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks whether a privacy message is required and manages advertising choices. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the configured message offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. You can change or withdraw available choices using Main menu → Settings → Privacy and ads → Ad privacy choices; that button appears when UMP says privacy options are required. You do not need to buy Remove Ads to access the button.

Refusing personalised advertising does not necessarily mean no advertisement or no service processing: Google may allow non-personalised or limited ads where lawful. The game relies on UMP's eligibility decision before requesting ads. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID using Android's privacy settings. This does not necessarily remove other identifiers, consent records or records Google must retain.

Privacy choices are checked again when the game starts. Consent settings are separate from purchase ownership. The game does not send a studio user ID to synchronise consent with another Whiz Bang! Games title.

5. Remove Ads and Google Play Billing

Remove Ads is an optional permanent, one-time purchase, not a subscription. The intended Ireland price is €3.00; Google Play shows the applicable local price before payment. The purchase removes automatic and rewarded advertisements; eligible continues then work without an ad, subject to the normal per-shift limit.

Google Play processes payment and maintains its purchase records. The app does not collect your card or bank details. It receives purchase and entitlement information, including the product, purchase token, purchase state and signed purchase evidence, to verify ownership, acknowledge the purchase and restore or recheck access. The app keeps verified purchase evidence in encrypted app-private storage excluded from its own backup cache. There is no Whiz Bang! Games purchase-verification server.

Use Main menu → Remove Ads → Restore / check purchase to recheck with Google Play. Previously verified ownership may be retained while offline. Clearing local data does not cancel a purchase or delete Google's transaction records. Google may retain transaction and security records for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. For payment and refund matters, see Google Play refunds.

6. Support and website

If you email playwhizbang@gmail.com, we receive your address, message, attachments and associated email details. We use them to answer questions, investigate issues and handle privacy requests. The game does not automatically attach saves, screenshots or receipts. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or unnecessary personal information. Support email is handled through Google's email services.

This website is hosted through Cloudflare. Visiting it sends ordinary connection information such as IP address, browser and request details to the hosting provider for delivery and security. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. This policy page does not embed advertisements, analytics scripts or a support form.

7. Retention and deletion

Local progress stays on your device until removed. To clear it, open Android Settings, select Whiz Bang Burger Bedlam! under Apps, and use the storage/data-clearing option. Labels vary by phone. This removes local progress and settings, and can remove local purchase evidence; it does not erase ownership held by Google Play. Review device and account backups separately. Browser testers can clear the game's site storage.

We delete resolved support correspondence within 12 months of the last contact, or sooner when a valid deletion request applies. Unresolved issues may be retained while being handled. Where law requires longer retention, we keep only what is necessary. Uninstalling the game does not delete email already sent to us.

For information held by Whiz Bang! Games, request access, correction or deletion by emailing playwhizbang@gmail.com. Include only enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. We have no central gameplay account or uploaded save to delete. Google and Cloudflare control retention of their own records and backups; our support-retention period does not apply to them. Use their published privacy controls and request routes for their records. We do not promise that clearing app data or withdrawing consent deletes every provider record.

8. Security and international processing

Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. The website uses HTTPS. Purchase evidence is encrypted locally with an Android Keystore-backed key; ordinary gameplay saves are not encrypted by the game. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Google, advertising partners, Cloudflare and email providers may process data outside your country. Their privacy terms explain their processing locations and transfer safeguards. We do not add a separate overseas gameplay database.

9. Intended audience

The current release is intended for adults, consistent with its Google Play target-audience declaration of 18 and over. Its content rating describes suitability of content and is separate from its intended audience. We do not knowingly seek children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can assess and handle removal under applicable law.

10. Privacy rights

Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on consent where required for advertising technologies and personalised advertising. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Support and service-security processing relies on our legitimate interests in helping players and protecting the service; purchase fulfilment can involve performance of a contract, and legally required records rely on legal obligations. Google and other providers explain their own grounds in their privacy notices.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, subject to applicable conditions. Contact playwhizbang@gmail.com for information we hold. We may request proportionate verification. We respond within applicable deadlines, normally one month under GDPR, and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including Ireland's Data Protection Commission.

11. Policy changes

We update this page when the game's data handling changes and revise its date. Changes to advertising, purchases or other data handling will be checked against the actual integrations before distribution. Where a change needs additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the relevant processing.
